Privacy Policy

Grid Leads is a recruiting platform for insurance agents, operated by Grid Theory LLC ("we", "us"). This policy explains what information we collect through gridleads.ai and the Grid Leads application, and how we use it.

Account information. When you create an account or request our materials we collect information such as your name, email address, business name, and details you provide about your team and goals.

Recruit and applicant information. When our customers use Grid Leads to manage recruiting, they store information about their applicants and team members (such as names, contact details, application answers, and onboarding progress). Our customers control that data; we process it on their behalf to provide the service.

Usage information. We collect standard technical information (device, browser, pages viewed, actions taken in the product) to operate, secure, and improve the service.

If you connect your Google Calendar, we access your calendar's free/busy information and create events on your behalf solely to power interview scheduling inside Grid Leads. We only request the minimum scopes needed for this feature.

Grid Leads' use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not use Google user data for advertising, do not sell it, and do not allow humans to read it except with your consent, for security purposes, or as required by law. You can disconnect Google Calendar at any time from your account settings or via your Google account permissions.

If you connect your Instagram or Facebook account, we access the data needed to provide messaging features you configure (such as responding to comments on your posts with a direct message you have written). We act on your explicit configuration, and you can disconnect these integrations at any time.

To provide and improve the service, to send transactional messages (such as account invites and notifications), to send marketing you have opted into (which you can unsubscribe from at any time via the link in every email), to keep the service secure, and to comply with law. We do not sell personal information.

We share data only with service providers who process it for us (hosting, database, authentication, email delivery, payments, analytics, and AI processing), under contracts that limit their use of it, and where required by law. AI features process the content you provide to generate drafts and summaries; our AI providers do not use your data to train their models.

We keep information while your account is active and as needed for legal and operational purposes. You can request deletion of your account and associated data by emailing us; we honor verified requests within 30 days.

You can access and update your account information in the product, unsubscribe from marketing at any time, disconnect integrations, and contact us about any privacy question or request at hello@gridleads.ai.

If we make material changes to this policy we will update the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify you.
