Terms of Service

Grid Leads is a recruiting platform for insurance agents, operated by Grid Theory LLC. By creating an account or using gridleads.ai you agree to these terms.

You are responsible for your account, for the accuracy of the information you store in it, and for having the right to store the information you add about your applicants and team members. You own your data; we process it to provide the service as described in our Privacy Policy.

You agree to use Grid Leads lawfully, including compliance with messaging platform policies and applicable marketing and communications laws, and not to use the service to send spam or unsolicited automated messages. We may suspend accounts that put the platform or other customers at risk.

Paid plans are billed monthly through our payment processor and can be canceled at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period. Founding-member pricing remains in effect while the subscription stays active.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before a claim. Nothing in the product is legal, financial, or compliance advice.
